Initiate Your Request
Log into your Crew account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.
Pack Your Products
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all caps and lids are tightly sealed to prevent leaks during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email confirmation and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
